# Frequently Asked Questions — psiLynx > Quick answers to the most common questions about psiLynx. ## Checks & Quotas ### What counts as one check? Each URL × platform combination counts as one check. Checking 10 URLs on both Mobile and Desktop uses 20 checks. Accuracy Mode multiplies this by the number of runs (e.g. ×3). ### When does my weekly quota reset? Quotas reset every 7 days from the date you subscribed. The exact reset date is shown on the Subscription & Billing page and in the quota bar on the project page. ### What happens if I exceed my quota? You cannot start a new check run if it would exceed your remaining quota. The confirmation dialog shows the projected cost before you confirm. Scheduled checks are skipped (Skipped quota) when the quota is exhausted. ### Can I re-run only the URLs that failed? Yes. After a check completes with errors, a **Repeat failed** button appears. Re-running failed URLs does not consume quota for the URLs that already succeeded. The same option is available via **Retry failed** in Batch History. ## Data & Results ### How long is check history kept? History retention depends on your plan: Starter — 90 days, Pro — 180 days, Business — 365 days. ### What is the difference between Lab Data and Field Data (CrUX)? **Lab Data** comes from Lighthouse checks run by psiLynx — controlled, repeatable measurements made on demand. **Field Data** (CrUX) comes from real Chrome users visiting your site, aggregated by Google. Field data reflects actual user experience but requires sufficient traffic to populate. ### Why is there no Field Data for my URL? Google's Chrome UX Report only includes URLs with sufficient real-user traffic. Low-traffic pages, staging environments, and recently launched pages typically won't have CrUX data. ### How often is Field Data (CrUX) updated? psiLynx collects CrUX data automatically once a week. ## Reports & Sharing ### Do share links expire? No — share links do not expire on their own. A link becomes invalid only if the report is deleted. ### Can I export raw data? Yes, on all plans including Free. Use **Export CSV** in Batch History to download a spreadsheet with all check results including LCP, CLS, INP, FCP, TTFB, and Speed Index. ## Plans & Billing ### Is a credit card required to get started? No. The Free plan starts immediately with no payment information required. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time from the Plans page. ### What happens if I do not upgrade? Nothing. You stay on the Free plan for as long as you like, and your data is preserved with no checks deleted. ### Can I switch between plans? Yes. Go to Plans & Pricing and select the new plan. Stripe handles proration automatically. ## Team & Access ### Can team members see billing information? No. Only the account owner can access billing and subscription settings. Team members — including Admins — cannot view or manage billing. ### What happens to a team member's work if I remove them? Removing a member revokes their access immediately. All data they interacted with (projects, reports, URLs) remains in your account. ## Uptime Monitoring ### What is the DEGRADED status? DEGRADED means the server returned HTTP 200 but the page size dropped more than 50% below the baseline recorded on the first successful check. This typically indicates a maintenance page or a deployment issue that doesn't return an error code. ### How many monitors can I have per project? Up to 5 monitors per project. Each URL can only have one monitor.
