# Team — psiLynx Invite colleagues, assign roles, and control which projects each member can access. Team size depends on your plan. Source: https://psilynx.com/docs/team ## Teams I've joined If you have been invited to another user's team, a **Teams I've joined** section appears at the top of the Team page. Each card shows: - Team owner's name and email - Your role badge (Viewer / Editor / Admin) - **Switch context** — work inside that team's account (projects, URLs, reports) - **Exit context** — return to your own account - **Leave** — permanently remove yourself from that team While working in another team's context, all data shown belongs to the team owner. Your own account data is not affected. ## My team The **My team** section is for the team you own. It shows a slot counter based on your plan's limit. | Plan | Team members (including owner) | |---|---| | **Starter** | 1 (owner only) | | **Pro** | Up to 3 | | **Business** | Up to 10 | ## Inviting a team member 1. Enter the person's email address in the **Email** field. 2. Select a role: **Viewer**, **Editor**, or **Admin**. 3. Click **Send invite**. The invitee receives an email with a link to join your team. Their status shows as **Pending** until they accept. You can only invite members up to your plan's team size limit. Upgrade your plan to add more members. ## Managing members Each row in the member list shows: - Avatar, full name, and email - Status badge: **Active** or **Pending** - Role dropdown (change role inline) - Project access icon — click to restrict which projects the member can see - **Resend invite** — available for Pending members - **Remove** — removes the member from your team immediately ### Changing a member's role Use the role dropdown in the member row and select a new role. The change takes effect immediately — no save button required. ## Project access By default, a team member has access to all projects in your account. To restrict access: 1. Click the project-access icon in the member's row. 2. In the dialog, select the projects this member should be able to see. 3. Click **Save**. Leaving the selection empty grants access to all projects. Selecting specific projects limits visibility to those projects only. ## Role permissions | Permission | Viewer | Editor | Admin | |---|---|---|---| | View projects, URLs, results, and reports | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | | Run checks | — | ✅ | ✅ | | Add, edit, and remove URLs | — | ✅ | ✅ | | Manage page types and schedules | — | ✅ | ✅ | | Generate and delete reports | — | ✅ | ✅ | | Edit project settings | — | — | ✅ | | Invite and manage team members | — | — | ✅ | | Delete projects | — | — | ✅ | Only the account owner can manage billing and subscription.
