Dashboard & Projects

Your command center. The Dashboard shows a live overview of all your projects — performance scores, problem URLs, and recent checks. Projects is where you create and manage your scanning workspaces.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It gives you an at-a-glance view of every project's health without having to open each one individually.

KPI tiles

Four summary tiles appear at the top of the Dashboard:

TileWhat it shows
ProjectsTotal number of projects in your account
Active URLsTotal active URLs across all projects
Checks this weekChecks used vs. your weekly quota (e.g. 45 / 1000) and your plan name
Last checkRelative time of the most recent check run (e.g. "2h ago")

The Checks this week tile changes colour as you approach the limit:

  • Green — under 70 % used
  • Orange — 70–89 % used
  • Red — 90 % or more used

Project cards

Each project appears as a card showing the name, domain, active URL count, date of last check, and average scores across four Lighthouse categories (mobile and desktop):

CategoryWhat it measures
PerfPage loading speed and Core Web Vitals
A11yAccessibility for users with disabilities
Best PracticesSecurity and modern web standards
SEOSearch engine optimisation signals

Score colours: 90–100 good · 50–89 needs attention · 0–49 critical · no data.

Attention section

If a project has URLs with poor scores, an Attention section appears below the project card. It groups problem URLs into two severity levels:

  • Critical — score below 50
  • Warning — score 50–69

Each URL shows its mobile and desktop scores. Click View all in project to open the project filtered by that severity.

Recent checks sidebar

On desktop, a sidebar on the right shows your latest batch check runs across all projects. Each entry shows the project name, status (completed / failed / running), URL count and time. Click any entry to open the relevant project.

The Dashboard refreshes when you load the page. Reload to see the latest data after a check completes.

Projects List

A grid view of all your projects. Use this page to create new projects or manage existing ones. Each project card shows the favicon, name, domain, URL count, last check date, and active/inactive status.

The header displays your current project usage (e.g. 3 / 10 projects). When the limit is reached, the create button is disabled.

Creating a Project

A project groups URLs from one domain with their check history and settings. The project type pre-fills a set of recommended page types.

  1. Click "+ New project" — the button appears in the top-right corner of the Projects page and on the Dashboard.
  2. Enter a project name — choose any name that helps you identify the site.
  3. Select a protocol and enter the domain — choose https:// or http://, then type the domain (e.g. example.com).
  4. Select a project type — options: E-commerce, Blog/Media, News, Landing/Corporate, SaaS, Custom. The type pre-selects relevant page types (you can change them later).
  5. Preview page types (optional) — expand the preview section to see which page types will be added automatically.
  6. Click "Create" — the project is created and you land on the project page.
One project = one domain. Create separate projects for different domains. Page types can be customised later in Page Types settings.

Editing a Project

  1. Click the pencil icon on the project card.
  2. Update the name or region as needed.
  3. Click Save.

Deleting a Project

  1. Click the trash icon on the project card.
  2. Confirm deletion in the dialog.
Deleting a project is permanent. All URLs and their complete check history are removed. Export any data you need before deleting.

Project Overview

Clicking a project card opens the project page. The Overview tab shows a live dashboard for the latest completed batch.

Scores

Four tiles — Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO — each showing the average score prominently with Mobile and Desktop breakdowns below it. Colour scale: ≥ 90 · 50–89 · < 50.

Core Web Vitals

Pass rates (%) and average p75 values for LCP, CLS, and INP across all URLs, split by Mobile and Desktop.

Field Data (CrUX)

Real-world data from the Google Chrome UX Report, refreshed automatically once a week. Five metric tiles per device: LCP, CLS, INP, FCP, TTFB — showing p75 values and the percentage of real users in the Good zone.

If the site doesn't yet have enough CrUX traffic data, an explanatory card is displayed instead of the metrics.

Interpretation & Recommendations

AI-generated analysis of the most impactful issues, expressed in business language (effect on conversions, SEO ranking, and user retention). Each insight includes:

  • Title
  • Impact — why this matters for business outcomes; an SEO Risk badge (Low / Medium / High)
  • Cause — what is causing the problem

By Page Type

A table breaking down average scores by page type. Clicking any row navigates to the URL list pre-filtered to that page type.

URL list and page type filter

The URLs tab lists all active URLs with their latest scores. A page type filter appears above the list — select a page type to narrow the list, or click All to reset.

Project Settings — Regression Alerts

Open a project, click Settings in the top navigation, then open the Alerts tab. Regression alerts send an email automatically when a metric degrades beyond a set threshold after a batch completes.

Adding an alert rule

  1. Select a metric: Performance Score, LCP, CLS, INP, or FCP.
  2. Enter a threshold (1–100 %) — the minimum percentage of degradation that triggers the alert.
  3. Click Add Rule.

Alerts compare the average metric of the new batch against the previous completed batch. An email is sent only when the average worsens by more than the threshold.
